With a background in physics and materials science, I began my career as an industrial PhD student and Development Engineer at TDK, a global electronics company. After a period as Program Manager in an internal start-up incubation project, I moved into the role of Agile Coach for one of the corporation’s global departments.There, I became acutely aware of how much frustration - and with it lost opportunities, time, and money - are caused by misunderstandings between functional areas and people with different professional backgrounds.
It was an issue I had sensed for a long time but had never been able to clearly articulate or address.
Recognizing its impact, I decided to focus my work on bridging these gaps and acting as a translator and buffer between teams and roles.After relocating to Sweden for family reasons in early 2025, I founded Integrating Perspectives Sweden to make mutual understanding and trust the core of my work - enabling better collaboration and better outcomes.In addition to my engineering and scientific training, I am an AJ&Smart–certified Workshopper Master and a certified Lotscoach®. I also hold certifications in Scrum, Project Management, and Six Sigma.Outside of work, I’m a passionate sailor, musician, and nature enthusiast.
